Hi guys, I hope you are starting to take in the tips that I am sending you…..next up though a tip as to how you can cut out unwanted calories (and get a greens boost)….instead of having bread with a burger or sausages use your greens as the wrap!  A big lettuce leaf is a great alternative!  You will cut out loads of unwanted calories simply by using this trick and wrapping your healthy meal in greens instead of processed bread and the best thing is your body will love you for it!
