Here at Zest Fitness UK, coaching is not just about giving you a weekly meal plan to take away and follow. There is much more to it than that.
We provide you with all of the components to ensure you achieve your fitness goals. All programs are for an initial 12 week period but we offer full 12 month programs depending on your goal. We here at Zest Fitness UK will teach you the components of:
- Nutrition – Habit changing (how to) to get you to your new healthy lifestyle and taking action.
- Supplementation – Fill in the voids in your nutrition
- Resistence Training – Increase lean muscle mass and metabolism
- Cardiovascular Training – Optimizing fat burning
- Coaching – Knowledge, support, accountability through nutrition plans, exercise logs, regular reviewal together with overcoming obstacles specific to your needs and daily life…..teamwork!
We do only take on a limited number of clients on who are motivated and dedicated to TAKE ACTION and to change their life for the better.
